As our daily food basket is seasonal, we will change our menu accordingly throughout the year to showcase locally sourced meats and produce with seafood flown in from all parts of the world.
Our wine cellar — the “cava” -- is stocked with the finest wines of the world. We buy directly from small distributors to give you a sampling of vineyards throughout Europe and the Americas that will satisfy and expand your palette. Our wine is never chilled. It is cooled in our 53 degree, Cypress lined cellar so your wine arrives at your table at the appropriate temperature, just as the vintner intended.
